Mr. Nakrit received his LL.B. (Honors) in 1982 ranking in the top of his class at the faculty of law, Thammasat University in Thailand. In 1989 he graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) with an LL.M. His legal career includes over twenty seven years experience in the areas of corporate, commercial and business law, litigation and Arbitration , including a four year stint with a law firm in the United States. In term of Thai Governmental positions, Mr. Nakrit had experiences in acting as advisor to Minister of Transportation and advisor to Minister of Agricultural and Co-operative Affairs of Thailand. At present Mr. Nakrit is an Ordinary Member of Thai Bar Association (Legal Education Institution); Member of Law Society of Thailand; Member of International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). He has appeared in the press and lawyer magazine as a role model for young lawyers.
