I offer more than just physical support, my clients find that the initial goals change over time to become more positive in focus. Losing weight is such a negative sole destroying thing to be attempting by itself so we focus on some positive goals that will work alongside and in support of the body-fat issue. These can be as complicated as an indoor triathlon or as simple as speed walking up a hill without stopping, as strenuous as a 10k run or as relaxing as holding a yoga pose.
