Bread and pastries that taste like home
Jacky Baumann has been a favorite bread and pastry maker for Expat and Thai families in Bangkok for many years. Her growing bakery business now consists of small artisanal bakehouses in Samut Prakarn and Phuket, and so delicious bread and other baking items can easily be ordered from anywhere in Thailand.
With a dash of Italian spice and attitude, Jacky Baumann is a special fusion of Thai and Swiss ingredients. She was raised in Eastern Switzerland, where her family’s restaurant provided her with her first exposure to the hospitality industry.
While this was going on, Jacky created a unique method for producing delectable bread and pastries in Thailand, mainly adhering to the Swiss-German baking tradition.
Jacky developed a sizable and devoted clientele over the past few years, especially in Bangkok and Phuket, and she now divides her time between the two cities.
When Jacky isn’t working at one of her artisanal bakeries, she’s probably just accompanying one of her three extremely active sons to a football or swimming match.
