Sharon works as a Complementary Therapist and is fully qualified and insured to do so. She is a qualified Mental Health First Aider and has a special interest in individuals’ health and well-being, including the health benefits of stress reduction, as part of her professional career as an HR Manager. Sharon is also a level 3 Reiki Master in the Usui Method of Natural Healing, which is accredited by the Guild of Beauty and Holistic Therapists.
