BMS was established in 2004 with the aim of providing recruitment and selection services to an international client base. Over the years, we have added several personnel management services to become an integrated HR service provider.

We consider each assignment to be unique and it always starts with a consultation to determine your requirements, including your business context and company culture. Our consultant continues working in partnership with you or your representatives during the whole process.
Our services cover recruitment, HR advice, outsourcing and payroll, psychometric assessments, coaching, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), outplacement. Our long standing experience in the field allows us to approach people issues from a business oriented, practical perspective.
We combine these competences in an integrated HR services model, particularly for the small and midsized companies without a fully staffed HR department.
