Moving to Thailand? Read this first
So let’s get down to it. Living conditions for tourists or expats are comfortable enough to let you feel like you are at home or even better. These days most housing is being built to western standards and ALMOST everything you had in home country you can find here.
When it comes to housing, obviously the higher the price the more you get as far as amenities and accommodations and obviously location drives price as well. First tip I will give you is one you will be glad you followed, as long as you do follow it. Find a place, at least at first close to the BTS station. DO NOT RENT A PLACE BEFORE YOU GET HERE. There are TONS of available condos and if you come from abroad you almost always pay more than if you rent once you arrive and after viewing your condo.
