We offer the award-winning Bridge to Rediscovery Alzheimer’s care program, rehabilitation services, an adult program, and respite/short stay services. Somerford Place offers all the comforts of home with safety features to support our residents’ needs. Seniors live in one of our four distinct cottage-style homes, complete with a living room, dining room, and kitchen. Adjoining the four cottage-style homes is a central common area that includes a community center, beauty/barber salon, and seating areas. Beautiful courtyards and an expansive backyard with walking paths surround the community.
