We also believe that a woman’s body is her own sacred space. That’s why we offer our clients the opportunity to learn about and explore their bodies through prenatal yoga, mindfulness meditation, electronic Feldenkrais technique®, breath work therapy, postnatal relaxation techniques, Sacred Geometry workshop and more!
