Description
I SPA takes pride in its intensive training to ensure high service standards. Spa therapists must pass three-month training program, encompassing 10 weeks of theoretical and practical training and two weeks of practical training with model guests. In addition, throughout the actual guest servicing period, therapists will be tested by periodic mystery shoppers.
